How it works

Engrave once. Keep adding for years.

LilyMark Memory pairs a physical, laser-engraved memory pendant with a private digital memory page. The pendant is the key; the story behind it is always yours to change.

  1. 01

    The engraving is permanent

    Your QR code encodes one short link on our own domain — nothing else. We own that URL layer, so there is no third-party dynamic-QR subscription that can expire and break your keepsafe.

  2. 02

    Activation claims the page

    Each keepsafe ships with a one-time activation code. Enter it, create your account, and the memory page becomes yours. Codes cannot be reused once claimed.

  3. 03

    Add memories at your pace

    Upload up to 30 photos on the Standard plan. Each memory can carry a title, caption and date, and you can reorder or remove them any time.

  4. 04

    Privacy comes first

    Pages are private by default and never indexed. Choose PIN Protected (a 4-digit family PIN), Owner Only, or Shared Link. PINs are hashed and checked on the server — we never store the digits you type.

  5. 05

    If a piece is lost or damaged

    We can issue a replacement pendant with a new engraved code that points at the very same memory page, so nothing you have written is lost.

The QR sits on the reverse of the tag. Anyone who finds your dog can scan it with an ordinary phone and see a simple assistance card — only the details you have chosen to show.

A quiet, dignified card for anyone who may become disoriented.

Families supporting someone with dementia or Alzheimer's can prepare a short card in advance. A passer-by or paramedic scans the pendant and immediately knows who to call.

Home address is hidden by default, no location is tracked, and this is not a replacement for a professional medical-alert or medical-ID service. Any medical detail is supplied by the family and should be verified independently in an emergency.

Privacy, plainly
  • A LilyMark QR is not a tracker. It does not know or record where anyone is.
  • Only the fields the owner or family switches on are ever returned publicly.
  • Private notes, photos and account details are never included in a public scan.
  • Medical information is user-supplied and should be independently verified in an emergency.
