Privacy notice

LilyMark Memory stores the email address you sign up with, the memory pages you create, and the photos you upload. Photos are held in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links.

Memory pages are private by default. A page set to PIN Protected requires a 4-digit code; we store only a hashed form of that PIN and validate it on the server. Owner Only pages are visible only to the signed-in owner. Shared Link pages are visible to anyone with the engraved URL, and are still excluded from search indexing.

We keep an internal audit record of keepsafe creation, activation and status changes so we can support customers and investigate misuse.

You can export your keepsafe content or request deletion at any time from your dashboard. Deletion requests are logged and handled by our team.
