Terms of service

Each memory pendant ships with a single-use activation code. Once a code is claimed it cannot be used again. Keep it safe until you have activated your keepsake.

You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to share it. We may disable a keepsafe that is used for unlawful or abusive content.

The Standard plan includes 30 photos per keepsafe. Future plans may raise that limit and add audio or video.

Replacement pieces can be issued so that the same memory page continues to work with a new engraving. Contact hello@lilymarkstudio.com.
